The Underdog community that came together thanks to Noah Kagan has been a massive source of inspiration for Rich. He wanted to show his appreciation to the group and its members by sharing their stories. We kick off the series with John Hill, aka John Small Mountain. John is an entrepreneur, content creator, author, and martial artist who uses his talents to help others improve their sales techniques and tactics. John advocates approaching sales with empathy and a more human touch versus the cut-throat tactics that always seem to be instilled in sales strategy. Rich and John discussed how he got started in sales, his time in the military, and a whole lot more. John not only shared plenty of actionable advice but some great resources for listeners to check out.
