Show Notes
This week’s episode was littered with errors. Our live show provider Blog Talk Radio experienced critical meltdown and it affected our live show. Caller audio in particular took a bit of a loss. We apologize for the inconvenience in advance. Our friends at Fight Insight Radio did not fare so well as their broadcast got cut off halfway. MTR is currently looking for a live show provider that can deliver some BTR’s great aspects while providing fewer headaches. On the bright side Amazing Red joined us this week to talk wrestling, MMA and the indy circuit.
- 00:25:00 – Amazing Red joins us to discuss the Winter Wonderslam show at his House of Glory Wrestling School. Red also shared his recent WWE experience as well as his thoughts on the current climate of pro and independent wrestling
- 01:46:18 – MMA – Rich shared his thoughts on the Strikeforce’s last event as well as the controversy surrounding Ronda Rousey and her recent social media infraction involving a video about the Sandy Hook tragedy.
- 00:2:03:52 – Wrestling – TNA Genesis and RAW’s 20th anniversary took center stage in this week’s wrestling segment
- 02:23:44 – Video Games – Rich shares his thoughts on the President Obama’s request for studies linking video games to violence. Rich also shared an interesting list of 25 gaming studies and their conflicting results. NPD totals for hardware were also a topic of discussion.
- 02:41:59 – Movies/TV – Box office numbers and WTF movie news were tops this week.
